Sealing Guide, LLC was established in 2007 in order to provide a solution to the arduous task of sealing antennas and other equipment on an aircraft. Their patent pending templates improve the antenna sealing process, making it more precise efficient and cost-effective. Each template is custom designed to correspond to an individual antenna. You will no longer need to laboriously cut and paste various lengths of tape, trying to fit them around the irregular antenna shape.
The Sealing Guide template consists of 2 pieces, one inner part and one outer part. Application is simple. The inner template adheres to the base of the antenna, and the outer template is placed on the body of the aircraft surrounding the antenna. Sealant is applied to the gap between the templates. The templates are then removed and discarded. The sealant is left to cure, resulting in a clean, precise and smooth seal.
Incorporating the "Sealing Guide" system into your sealing process will significantly reduce labor time.
