Pulley

Don't let yourself get yanked all over the internet looking for the right pulley for your aircraft. We have a large selection of precision-made, military standard pulleys, whether it's a grooved aluminum pulley or non-metallic (phenolic) pulley. On the product pages, you'll find all the sexy details, such as the part number, cable size, outside diameter, groove diameter and hub diameter. For your convenience, we also note the military specification. Many of these pulleys are proudly manufactured in the U.S.

There are pulleys with aluminum alloy sheave and fixed ball bearings with contact seal. The military standard phenolic pulley with ball bearings is designed for flight control. You'll discover pulleys with high pressure laminated phenolic sheaves and fixed ball bearings with contact seals, and Ralmark FAA-PMA phenolic non-metallic sheave single groove pulleys that conform to Boeing specifications.

The MS24566 phenolic anti-friction bearing control pulley is used for brake installations, control systems and other aircraft applications. They supersede AN210 series pulleys with the same dash numbers. MS20219 secondary control pulleys have phenolic bodies and ball bearings with seals, and those replace AN219. The MS20220 flight control phenolic pulley supersedes AN220, and they are also available as MS2022A, which is an aluminum pulley.

The R30F and R30K Series pulleys are manufactured by the Ralmark Company. The R30F pulleys with non-metallic sheaves are machined from engineered phenolic laminate that exceeds the requirements of MIL-I-24768/16. The metallic sheaves are made from 2024-T351 aluminum alloy that conforms to AMS-QQ-A-225/6. Their R30K series pulleys feature engineered phenolic laminate non-metallic sheaves, also exceeding MIL-I-24768/16 requirements.
