Just So You Know…
Apart from being the best value, our one-gallon size is a good hedge against being caught mid-process without enough bath solution. Once the parts have been cleaned, they must go into the bath right away. The ideal companion product for cleaning parts before treating with Alodine 1001 is Alumaprep 33. Also, if you are going to paint or epoxy over the treated surface, the better product option is our Alodine 1201, which has a honey-toned finish, allowing you to inspect the coat for comprehensive coverage before adding the paint or epoxy layer.
