H.B. Fuller EY3010 Potting Compound is a two-part, thixotropic epoxy that is designed for use with Shur-Lok fasteners to achieve high strength and dependable bonded inserts in honeycomb panels. The potting compound is sold in a six-ounce cartridge for easy application. It can be mixed right in the cartridge to reduce mess and waste. Once mixed, it is extruded from the cartridge using the pneumatic gun of your choice. It goes on smoothly and delivers a strong bond on a variety of substrates.
H.B. Fuller EY3010 A/B Potting Compound is designed for low weight applications. It is available within NASA limits for low volatile content required for space application. Of course, it can also be used on Terra Firma and is a great choice for times when you need a strong hold that won’t be carrying a large load. EY3010 A/B is qualified to LAC 30-8036A.
We suggest using H.B. Fuller EY3010 A/B Potting Compound with an air powered applicator gun. The gun should be set to 70 PSI for the best results. The compound is sold by SkyGeek and is priced competitively. It is available with or without a manufacturer’s certification and same-day shipping is available for an additional charge.
