The ELT 3000 is a compact and lightweight, transport-grade emergency locator transmitter (ELT) that can integrate with the NAV interface via ARINC420 or RS232 eliminating the need to install a separate NAV interface unit. With seamless NAV-data integration, latitude/longitude is transmitted automatically every 50 seconds for 24 hours on the distress frequency. This allows emergency responders to pin-point the exact location within minutes from activation.
