Dye Penetrant Testing

We have a full line of Magnaflux spotcheck dyes and dye penetrant testing kits. These dye kits are invaluable for finding a previously undetected crack. Some cracks in critical aircraft surfaces are so small that it is impossible to see them with the naked eye.

The Magnaflux Zyglo blacklight tester is also sold separately, as well as the Magnetic field indicator that is used to identify defects in metals. Take all precautions –– stock your pilot shop with a Zyglow dye penetrant test kit or individual cans of dye penetrant to check for cracks in the vital surfaces of your aircraft. Just a few squirts and you have instant peace of mind. We also carry Magnaflux Spotcheck Cleaner and Remover to get the dye color out.
