Shipping Information

You can track your order directly from the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Or, use the SkyGeek Real Time Order Track system below!

Up to the minute order information is available 24/7 via this automated service. If you have your Email Address you used with the order and the five digit order number, you can obtain the latest information on your order including tracking and in-transit information.

How much will shipping cost me?
Here are the simple steps that need to be taken:

1. Select the item(s) that you are interested in and pretend you are placing the order by adding them to your Shopping Cart. You will not be charged until many steps after this, don't worry. Go ahead, try it...

2. After your items are in the “Checkout” screen adjust the quantities as necessary and hit the “Update” button.

3. Once the quantities are established scroll down to the “Shipping Calculator” insert your Zip Code & Country if it changes from the default.

4. Now the “Shipping Methods” will populate below the field you entered your Zip Code & Country into. Those are the calculated rates which you will be charged for the items in your cart.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes. We will ship to any country that is authorized to trade with the United States. We ship via UPS, FedEx & USPS. Delivery time varies depending on the method you select.

Please note that SkyGeek is not responsible for any duties, taxes or broker fees that may or may not be charged to your shipment. These fees are the customers responsibility.
What is the status of my order?
Your order can be easily tracked using the form to the left. Simply enter your Email and Order #. If any item on your order is back ordered we will notify you by email ASAP.
What is your cutoff time for same day shipping for an in stock item?
The cut off for the same day shipping is 3:00 PM (EST). We ship normal business days, Monday through Friday. We need the weekends to spend with our families.

We don't ship on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.

We make every attempt to get all stock orders shipped each day. However, we don’t always make it. If we don’t get your order out the day it was placed, it will ship the next business day.
FedEx or UPS lost my package, they don't know where it is. Now what?
If the items were shipped via FedEx you can call them at 1-800-GO-FEDEX or if UPS was used please call 1-800-PICK-UPS and talk with a representative about the whereabouts of your shipment. Then, if they can't tell you anything Email us at and we will see what we can do.

  • Next Business Day
    Delivery Times: Next business day delivery
    Service Days: M - F, with Sat. delivery available, by special request for an additional charge.
    Delivery Area: Available throughout all 50 states (1 - 2 days to some parts of Alaska and Hawaii).
  • International Economy
    Delivery Times: 7-10 business days (2-3 business days to Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico).
    Service Days: M - F, with Sat. available in some destinations.

  • International Priority
    Delivery Times: 2-5 business days.
    Service Days: M - F, with Sat. available in some destinations.

  • FedEx SmartPost
    Delivery Times: 3-10 business days.
    Service Days: M - F
    By utilizing the U.S. Postal Service® (USPS) for final delivery, FedEx SmartPost reaches every U.S. address, including P.O. boxes and military APO, FPO and DPO destinations. You can even use FedEx SmartPost to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S. territories. Click here for more information.
Damaged or missing components

Please open and examine all packages upon receipt and notify us as soon as possible of any shipping damage or missing components. Any claims of this type must be made within 48 hours of package delivery.

Styles Logistics, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return and will return any item that is deemed unacceptable. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days.

We don't exchange products. Please place a new order for the things you want and return your item(s) at your convenience.

SkyGeek will gladly accept any item within 30 days of delivery receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. The following are exceptions to this policy:

  1. Opened / Used Software*
  2. Opened / Used DVD’s*
  3. Programmed or Registered personal ELTs
  4. Spark Plugs removed from the Factory Packaging
Shipping fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Do not return any items COD as our warehouse cannot and will not accept it. All items returned must be in resalable condition. Items must be packed in the original manufacture’s box, complete with all instruction manuals and components. Everything included with the original packaged item must be returned (even those warranty cards).

* Defective software, DVD’s and videos may be exchanged for the same item only.
