Sennheiser manufactures these headsets with a special technology called NoiseGard™ active noise compensation. You wont have to turn your headset up unnecessarily in order to hear the main message.

This headset is a variant of the HMEC46-B-K model, which is lightweight at just under 5 ounces and has a convenient flip away headphone. Only the 46-CP model also comes with a 5-pin XLR connection for your microphone, headphone, or power source. Its compatible with 28 volt aircraft.
