The Plane Power R1224 FAA PMAd 14/28 Volt Voltage Regulator should be consider by airplane owners who wish to replace their voltage regulators on twin Cessnas, Beechcraft, and Vulcanair airplanes The Plane Power R1224B Voltage Regulator is a solid-state voltage regulator with over-voltage protection, field short (over current) protection, and reverse battery protection. The Plane Power R1224B Voltage Regulator also supports precision load sharing for twin applications, and an alternator inoperative lamp. The R1224B voltage regulator is designed to be setup in the field for 14 or 28 volt operation by configuring the two jumpers within the voltage regulator. The Plane-Power R1224B FAA PMA'd Voltage Regulator is a approved for installation on the following:
