How do I make a return?

SkyGeek will gladly accept any item within 30 days of delivery receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. The following are exceptions to this policy:

Opened / Used DVDs*
Programmed or Registered personal ELTs
Spark Plugs removed from the Factory Packaging

Shipping fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Do not return any items COD as our warehouse cannot and will not accept them. All items returned must be in resalable condition. Items must be packed in the original manufacturer's box, complete with all instruction manuals and components. Everything included with the original packaged item must be returned (even those warranty cards). * Defective software, DVDs and videos may be exchanged for the same item only.

Amplified Cell Phone Adapter (Panel Power) For BOSE Headset: Allows use of cell phone with BOSE Panel Power Headset.

This item requires an additional adaptor (USB --> 2.5mm) if being used with a Motorola Razr cell phone. The special adaptor can be purchased through Motorola or your local electronics dealer.

Note: The FCC does not allow the use of a cell phone in an airplane while in flight. Current regulations allow cell phone use in the cockpit while the plane is on the ground.
