Installs R4G and R4T snap-ring stud retainers on the backside of all 4000 Series C-Spec Grommets. The cone-shaped insert spreads the ring while the tube handle pushes it onto the grommet. CNC machined from premium tool steel to very close tolerances, which eliminates the possibility of the snap-ring getting jammed inside the handle. Includes a rubber end-cap for comfort and, to prevent fatigue when installing large quantities of grommets. Tool is bright Nickel plated for long life.
