Shipping fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Do not return any items COD as our warehouse cannot and will not accept it. All items returned must be in resalable condition. Items must be packed in the original manufacture’s box, complete with all instruction manuals and components. Everything included with the original packaged item must be returned (even those warranty cards).
* Defective software, DVD’s and videos may be exchanged for the same item only.
