SkyGeek Returns
Damaged or missing componentsPlease open and examine all packages upon receipt and notify us as soon as possible of any shipping damage or missing components. Any claims of this type must be made within 48 hours of package delivery. Styles Logistics, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return and will return any item that is deemed unacceptable. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days. SkyGeek ReturnsNeed to return an item? Need to exchange an item? We don't exchange products. Please place a new order for the things you want and return your item(s) at your convenience. SkyGeek will gladly accept any item within 30 days of delivery receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. The following are exceptions to this policy:
Shipping fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Do not return any items COD as our warehouse cannot and will not accept it. All items returned must be in resalable condition. Items must be packed in the original manufacture’s box, complete with all instruction manuals and components. Everything included with the original packaged item must be returned (even those warranty cards). * Defective software, DVD’s and videos may be exchanged for the same item only.
