Henkel Turco 5948 DPM Aircraft Cleaner - AMS1515, AMS1526 & AMS1530

TURCO 5948 DPM is an environmentally advantaged alkaline, water base, blue concentrated compound formulated to effectively clean painted and unpainted aircraft exterior and interior surfaces when diluted with water. TURCO 5948 DPM is ideally suited for use on all models of jet aircraft. TURCO 5948 DPM is also designed to be used in immersion tanks, for dip applications.

Heavy Duty and General Purpose Cleaning: Where accumulations of oil, grease carbon and traffic soils are heavy, mix 1 part Turco 5948 DPM with up to 9 parts water. Mix well and apply by spray or mop. Spraying may be accomplished with a TURCO Barrel Pump or Sprayer. Agitate surface with mops or soft bristle brushes and pressure rinse with clean tap water. Dilution may be extended dependent upon degree of soils.

a) For light soils the product may be extended with up to 30 parts water.

b) For use in foam generators, dilute 1 part cleaner with 10 to 20 parts water.

c) For interior cleaning TURCO 5948 DPM may be diluted 1 part cleaner with 50 to 100 parts water.

Immersion Cleaning: TURCO 5948 DPM may be diluted 1 part cleaner with 3 to 20 parts water, depending on soil load. Use at 65° to 80°C for 5 to 15 minutes. Ideal for ultrasonic tanks.

WARNING!Causes eye irritation. May cause skin irritation.

TURCO 5948 DPM contains ethanolamine. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Do not take internally. Use with adequate (equivalent to outdoor) ventilation.

Protective clothing, such as a chemical face shield or goggles, gloves, boots and apron, made from alkali-resistant materials, should be worn when handling and using this product.
