StarTex denatured alcohol features a variety of uses for your aircraft or other machinery. Keep a StarTex five gallon pail handy in your garage and hangar. Denatured alcohol is a simple solvent to thin shellac, lacquers, certain inks and resins. Clean brushes and tools after use with shellacs and other stubborn fluids. Eliminate difficult spots on your aircraft with StarTex aviation grade ethanol. In addition to its cleansing applications, this StarTex fluid can be used as aviation ethanol fluid. As a fuel, denatured alcohol gives a clean, hot and smokeless flame. It is composed of 65 to 75% Ethanol, 15 to 25% Methanol, less than 5% Ethyl Acetate and less than 1% Heptane.
