Concorde also supplies Canadian, British, Australian, and Italian air forces, among others and is proud to be the primary supplier of original equipment batteries to Raytheon, Cessna, Fairchild, Learjet and other airframe manufacturers. Batteries are manufactured to the requirements of Mil-B-8565 and by Mil-B-83769 and are QPL listed. Concorde is the only qualified manufacturer to produce all types under Mil-B-83769.Concorde's manufacturing facility is fully qualified under the FAA Parts Manufacturing Approval (PMA) process and manufactures a complete line of batteries for commercial aviation. The spare market is supplied by distributors located in the United States, Canada, Europe and the Pacific Rim. Concorde Battery's main manufacturing facilities and offices are located within a 64,000 square foot manufacturing facility on 3.32 acres located just 30 minutes east of downtown Los Angeles, California. All phases of the manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, marketing, and administration are performed at this location. In addition, Concorde maintains a 22,000 square foot warehouse facility adjacent to the main building for material storage, receiving, inspection, and shipping.
