This full-pleat, resin-impregnated micronic oil filter protects your engine by trapping all harmful particles, including metallic chips cause by abnormal engine wear. The new coil spring design and shortened can height make installation a snap. The increased wall thickness and re-designed center tube improves structural stability and strength while the increased lid thickness provides for higher burst and impulse testing. The baseplate thread has been improved while the new zinc-plated stud increases rust and corrosion protection. The eight-hole inlet design equals 30% more inlet flow area.
