This ready-to-use Central Pneumatic Spark Plug Cleaner is convenient and hassle-free. Clean your aircraft's spark plugs without changing any grommets. This spark plug cleaner features a two-way valve, blast or air, and comes equipped with abrasive powder. The 32860's air pressure reaches 90 psi for a heavy-duty clean. This set comes fully equipped, including one spark plug cleaner assembly, one bag, one clamp and abrasive powder. No other cleaning products are necessary with this tool. Simply insert the spark plug into the rubber cover of the cleaner and begin. Spark plug cleaning has never been so easy! Mount this cleaner onto a wall for optimal performance (see instructions). The Spark Plug Cleaner operates best when it is mounted to a wall. Follow the Steps below to properly mount your Spark Plug Cleaner to a wall and complete assembly.
  1. Select a spot to mount your Spark Plug Cleaner. A wall location will ensure best results.
  2. Fasten your Spark Plug Cleaner to the wall with the AIR INLET pointing towards the floor. Use the Mounting Holes in the BODY.
  3. Make sure the BAR is in the indicated position. Place the contents of the bag Abrasive Material into the lower reservoir in the BODY.
  4. Place the BAG around the BODY.
  5. Loosen the CLAMP SCREW and place the CLAMP over the bag with the CLAMP SCREW towards the top of the BODY as mounted on the wall.
  6. Tighten the CLAMP SCREW to secure the BAG.

  1. Set the compressor’s pressure regulator to 90 PSI. Do not set the compressor’s outlet regulator over 90 PSI.
  2. Connect the Spark Plug Cleaner to the air compressor’s hose. If leaking is detected, disconnect the air hose and repair before use.
  3. Insert the spark plug, electrode side down, into the RUBBER COVER of the Spark Plug Cleaner.
  4. Press the TRIGGER to begin cleaning.
  5. For increased cleaning of your spark plug, switch the BAR to the 2nd position. This will swirl the air/abrasive mixture around your spark plug.
  6. Release the TRIGGER to stop cleaning. Remove the spark plug from the RUBBER COVER.
