It's a battery and it works with the Narco I have.Pros:This battery fits the Narco ELT-10 perfectly. It is about 1.5 inches shorter, but the unit fits the bracket/holder circumference. It may be a tad lighter; nothing wrong with weight savings in a plane.Cons:Could have used new screws to install the ELT, but then that's a package that comes with a new ELT, right?I would recommend this item to a friend.Merl BP-1010 ELT Battery, Narco ELT-10 2 Year Life Your question might already be answered below, wouldn't that be a time saver!
