ASA FAA-H-8083-2 Risk Management Handbook

This FAA handbook provides tools to help pilots determine and assess each situation for the safest possible flight with the least amount of risk. Pilots who practice effective risk management possess predetermined personal standards and have formed habit patterns and checklists to incorporate them.
