This brown-colored fluorosilicone-based grease utilizes a PTFE type thickener for enhanced load carrying capability and an additive package containing antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors, and heat stabilizing additives. It is intended for high temperature applications requiring good load carrying capability. Typical uses include high temperature spline couplings, bearings, actuators, or other aggressive environments in the temperature range of -50 to +500°F (-45 to +260°C).

ROYCO C-201 has been approved by the Vickers AOM Div. of Sperry Rand Corp. for use as a spline lubricant in the coupling of PV3-115 and PV3-240 hydraulic pumps.
