Intended for use with Type K EGT or TIT instruments and leads, this EGT/TIT thermocouple is accurate to +/- 25 degrees at 1500 degrees Fahrenheit and provides sufficient electrical power for all unamplified Alcor instruments. Lead wires are configured in reverse stagger (long red and short yellow) and the built-in radiator minimizes the high temperature effects on internal spot weld connections. The small element diameter provides for an almost instantaneous instrument response while the ability to adjust insertion depth ensures a perfect fit. PMA and FAA approved for all reciprocating powered aircraft.
