Airwolf Air/Oil Separators include everything you'll need to install your AirSep in your aircraft, including the hoses, clamps, brackets, and doublers. Please see the "In The Box" tab for a full list of parts included in the kit.
- The black AirSep can is epoxy powder-coated inside and out.
- Doubler plate for the engine baffle is drilled, made to shape, and gold anodized.
- Engine breather tubes are pre-bent, anodized, and beaded to the Mil standard.
- AirSyphon pump and AirTees are welded, bent, beaded and anodized.
- All the hoses, including the orange hi-temp SCAT tubing are cut to length.
- All of the clamps are made of stainless steel
Airwolf AirSeps allow you to fill up the oil to the top mark on the dipstick, and one system is large enough to clean both the engine breather oil and wet vacuum pumps discharge, meaning you only need one AirSep to do two jobs.
The Airwolf Air/Oil Separator is 180-500% larger than other separators on the market, which forces the air/oil stream to spend as much time as possible inside the separator, allowing it to capture more oil. In addition, the Airwolf AirSep uses a tiny amount of vacuum pump discharge air to help condense the oil inside the AirSep, as well as to overcome crankcase pressure to return collected oil to the engine while the engine is still running.
Other air separators on the market condense the steam boiled off of the oil and put it right back into the engine, which can lead to rust due to moisture in the engine. Airwolf AirSeps are heated to above 212°F which means no water is condensed and only the oil is captured.

For over 25 years, Walker Engineering manufactured the best air/oil separators on the market. Unfortunately, they ceased production on aviation air/oil separators in 1997. However, Airwolf has acquired all the rights and STCs from Walker engineering and is continuing to support all the existing Walker air/oil separators in the field, as well as currently STCing systems for aircraft not listed on their current application guide or price list.
