good product, bad purchase

The item is described as a 4-inch decal, but actually occupies nearly 6 inches of space. The decal is the type where only the letters stick to the surface, not the solid-decal-with-white background I have used before. Reasonable quality product, but inaccurate size + incomplete description = dissatisfied customer. Customer service left me hanging without resolution.

The reason this fuel decal was listed at 4 inches is because that is the Inside Diameter which is very important in figuring out if it will fit over the fuel entry point.
