AeroShell Compound 06A is a de-icing fluid that can be used on windscreens, propellers and carburettors. It can be mixed with ethyl alcohol, but please be aware of your aircraft manufacturer's recommendations regarding the type of fluid to be used in case of possible side effects.
AeroShell Compound 06A and ethyl alcohol (obsolete grade AeroShell Compound 06) are equally effective for de-icing and are miscible in all proportions.
