Fuel tank filleting is just one of the many important uses for 3M Aerospace AC-645 B-2 fuselage and fuel tank sealant from SkyGeek. This sealant also delivers proficient means for fuel tank and fuselage hole filling and cavity filling, in addition to fuel tank filleting applications. This manganese dioxide-cured, liquid polysulfide, low-density polymer system results from the combined action of the two components included in the kit. AC-645 Class B effectively minimizes the negative effects of jet fuel, chemicals and petroleum products generally found in the aircraft industry. Flexibility and bond strength are preserved on most metal substrates, even under the extremes of temperature, weathering and stress.
