3M SR Cutters and Bristle Disks

SR Cutters and Bristle Disks

3M SR Cutters and Bristle Discs remove cured sealant and clean the surfaces, even in tight spaces and around fasteners with minimal risk of damaging the substrate.

Primers are left intact which minimizes re-work.
SR Cutters mount on a pneumatic right-angle drill with 1/4"-28 threads with recommended speed of 850-1,200 RPM only.
Bristle Discs mount on the #990 mandrel straight or right angle pneumatic tool rated 10,000-12,000 RPM.
Bristle Discs are conformable for areas that are hard to reach.
For applications requiring plastic buttons, Roloc Plus Holder can be used.

Hazmat Item Details

If the item that you are trying to ship is deemed Hazmat you may have an additional fee added to your order when you check out. Items are deemed Hazmat as per the Section 14 Transport Information located in the item's Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). Sorry, but things that can go "boom" are hard to ship and we have to pass on our fees.

Flammable or explosive items such as Fire Extinguishers, MEK, Toluene, Paint Thinner, etc. are subject to a $25.00 Hazmat fee via ground shipping methods. However, the majority of Hazmat items have no fee when shipping with a ground method.

Most Hazardous Goods are subject to air and international transport fees. This fee is $40 for domestic air shipping methods and $80 for international shipping methods.
