3M 8672 Transparent Polyurethane Protective Tape

This transparent, protective tape is made from tough, abrasion-resistant thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer that resists punctures, tearing, abrasion and erosion. Formulated for resistance to ultraviolet light and constructed with a long-aging, solvent-resistant, pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive that is protected with an easy-release paper liner, 3M 8672 Tape provides a simple, easy method of protecting a surface from corrosion, abrasion and minor impact damage. Designed for outdoor application, it can be installed in a minimum amount of time with simple tools, and can be painted or applied over painted surfaces. Total thickness is 0.008 inch (0.21 mm). Applications include surface protection applications in aerospace, equipment, automobiles, marine, and general industrial markets. Contains no VOC's.
