- Once the order for the new unit has been placed you will receive an Invoice via e-mail. Print a copy of this Invoice and include it with the "Trade" so we know who, what, when,
where and why about the old unit coming back. All trade-in units need to be on our dock within 15 days from the date the new unit purchased is received. Please re-inspect your trade-in before
shipping it to us and make sure it's complete.
- Conditions: Trade-in units must be in like new condition and include all original accessories. Any known problems with the unit (missing parts, damage) must be discussed with us before the unit is sent to us. Use common sense!!! We have to say it - SkyGeek reserves the right to deny a trade if these conditions are not met.
- You send the trade back to us using whatever shipping method makes you happy (you pay for the shipping). Remember to reference the return number given to you on the outside of the box.
